Your Meal Plan
The Meal Planner tool helps users organize and plan their meals for the week. You can input breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for each day of the week, and the tool will display your planned meals in a clean, user-friendly format. It’s designed to help you stay organized and make grocery shopping easier. Additionally, the tool includes a Download PDF button, allowing you to save your meal plan for future reference or to take with you while shopping.
User Guide:
Select Day of the Week:
- From the dropdown menu, choose the day of the week (Monday to Sunday) for which you want to plan meals.
Enter Meal Details:
- For the selected day, enter your meal details in the text boxes:
- Breakfast: Enter what you’ll have for breakfast.
- Lunch: Enter your lunch meal.
- Dinner: Enter your dinner meal.
- Snacks: Enter any snacks you plan to have.
- For the selected day, enter your meal details in the text boxes:
Add to Meal Plan:
- Click the Add to Meal Plan button to save your meals for the selected day.
View Meal Plan:
- Your meal plan for the week will be displayed below, showing all the meals you’ve entered.
Download PDF:
- Click the Download PDF button to download your weekly meal plan as a PDF
