User Guide
- Start the Breathing Exercise: Click the “Start Breathing Exercise” button to begin the guided session. The tool will guide you through an inhale, hold, and exhale sequence.
- Follow the Phases: The visual animation will change colors as you go through each breathing phase:
- Inhale (green)
- Hold (yellow)
- Exhale (red)
- Session Completion: Once the full breathing session is completed, you’ll see a “Session Complete” message.
- Download Session Log: After completing the session, click the “Download Session Log” button to save a PDF of your breathing session summary.
