    User Guide

    1. Choose an Activity: From the dropdown, select a stress-relief activity. These activities can range from mindfulness meditation to physical exercises or creative expression.
    2. Set Activity Duration: Enter how many minutes you want to dedicate to the activity.
    3. Add the Activity: Click “Add Activity” to add it to your list of planned activities.
    4. Review Your Planned Activities: Your selected activities will be displayed below with their respective durations.
    5. Download Your Schedule: Once you’ve planned your activities, click “Download Schedule (PDF)” to save the schedule as a PDF for future reference.
