User Guide
- Enter Session Date: Use the date picker to select the date of the therapy session.
- Record Topics Discussed: Enter the key topics discussed during the session in the “Topics Discussed” field.
- Set Goals for Next Session: Write down any goals or points to focus on for the next therapy session.
- Add the Session: Click the “Add Session” button to add this entry to your session log.
- View Session Log: Your recorded sessions will be displayed below. You can scroll through and review all your tracked sessions.
- Download Session Log: After adding sessions, click “Download Session Log (PDF)” to save your log as a PDF file. This helps you keep a record of your therapy journey offline.
