      User Guide

      1. Enter Sleep Date: Choose the date of your sleep using the date picker.
      2. Enter Sleep Duration: Input the total hours you slept during the night.
      3. Rate Sleep Quality: Provide a rating between 1 and 10 based on how well you slept.
      4. Log Sleep Disruptions: Note any disturbances, such as waking up in the middle of the night or dreams that affected your rest.
      5. Describe Feelings Upon Waking: Add a brief description of how you felt when you woke up (e.g., alert, tired, refreshed).
      6. Add Sleep Record: Click “Add Sleep Record” to store the entered data.
      7. View Sleep Log: All added records will appear below the form. You can view your sleep history at any time.
      8. Download Sleep Log: Click “Download Sleep Log (PDF)” to download a formatted PDF of your sleep records for future reference or sharing.
