User Guide

1. Adding a Lock Status:

   • Enter the Lock Name (e.g., “Front Door” or “Office Lock”).
   • Select the Status from the dropdown list:
     • Locked – The lock is secure.
     • Unlocked – The lock is open.
     • Jammed – The lock is stuck and needs attention.
     • Low Battery – The lock’s battery needs replacement.
   • Click Add Lock Status to save the entry.

2. Viewing Lock Status Summary:

   • The Lock Status Summary Table will automatically update, displaying all added smart locks and their statuses.

3. Downloading the Lock Status Report:

   • Click the Download Lock Status Report as PDF button to generate and save a PDF file containing all recorded smart lock statuses.

4. Customization:

   • The tool is colorful, attractive, and modern, designed with a clean UI that does not interfere with your website’s header or footer.
   • You can customize the styles, colors, and table layout to match your branding.
