The Calorie Converter helps users understand how many minutes of different exercises they need to burn a given amount of calories. It provides estimates for activities like:

  • Jogging (8 km/h)
  • Cycling (moderate)
  • Jump Rope

  • Weight Training

Users enter the number of calories consumed, and the tool calculates the equivalent exercise times. A PDF report can be downloaded.
