The Heart Rate Zone Calculator is a fitness tool that helps users determine their maximum heart rate and various training zones based on their age and resting heart rate.

Heart Rate Zones:

Resting Heart Rate – Minimum heart rate when at complete rest.
Fat Burn Zone (50-60%) – Best for fat loss and warm-ups.
Cardio Zone (60-80%) – Ideal for endurance and aerobic training.
Peak Zone (80-100%) – For high-intensity workouts and maximum performance.

User Guide
