It features a list of tasks like brushing teeth, putting on pajamas, reading a book, and turning off the lights. Users can check off tasks as they complete them and receive feedback to encourage them to finish all their bedtime routines for a restful night.


User Guide:

How to Use the Bedtime Routine Tracker:

  1. Complete Your Tasks:

    • Check off each task as you complete it. The tasks include:
      • Brush Teeth
      • Put on Pajamas
      • Read a Book
      • Turn Off Lights
  2. Track Your Progress:

    • The tracker will update automatically, showing how many tasks you’ve completed. When all tasks are completed, it will congratulate you for being ready for bed!
  3. Reset Your Tasks:

    • If you’d like to reset your bedtime routine tracker (for the next night), simply click the Reset Tasks button to uncheck all tasks and start again.
