User Guide: How to Use the Body Fat Calculator
Step 1: Select Gender
- Choose Male or Female. The calculation differs based on gender.
Step 2: Enter Your Measurements
- Age – Enter your current age.
- Height (cm) – Input your height in centimeters.
- Weight (kg) – Enter your weight in kilograms.
- Waist (cm) – Measure at the navel for men, or the narrowest point for women.
- Neck (cm) – Measure around the thickest part of your neck.
