User Guide

  2. Write Your Reflection: In the text box below the mood selector, write a reflection on your day, how you’re feeling, or something you’re grateful for.
  3. Save Mood Entry: Click “Save Mood Entry” to store your mood and reflection. This saves your entry for future reference.
  4. Download Mood Journal: To keep a record of your mood entries, click “Download Mood Journal (PDF)” to save your journal as a PDF file.
