User Guide: How to Use the Workout Log Tracker
Step 1: Enter Your Workout Details
- Exercise Name – Input the name of the workout (e.g., Squat, Bench Press).
- Sets & Reps – Enter the number of sets and reps completed.
- Weight (kg/lbs) – Input the weight lifted (optional).
