Smart Mailboxes (Mac)
Smart Mailboxes automatically collect emails that match specified criteria across multiple accounts.
Creating a Smart Mailbox:
- Go to Mailbox → New Smart Mailbox

- Combine conditions with AND/OR operators
- Choose whether to include messages from Trash and Sent
